The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank calls for proposals to establish and operate a credit bureau for the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (ECCU).
The RFP is the initial stage of soliciting interested firms or existing credit bureaus to apply for a licence to establish and operate a credit bureau in the ECCU.
The prospective credit bureau service provider must be capable of delivering a scalable and modular credit reporting system, which would allow for an appropriately priced state-of-the-art solution with the potential to be equipped with more sophisticated features in the subsequent phases of the credit bureau development in line with the market needs of the ECCU.
