The ECCB holds its Annual Banquet and S.T.A.R. Awards Ceremony in December where management and staff are accorded the opportunity to come together on a joyous occasion and to recognise the hard work and efforts of their colleagues.

In 2016, the ECCB S.T.A.R Awards, the brainchild of Mr Timothy N.J. Antoine, Governor of the ECCB, were born. The awards are presented to five (5) staff members and one (1) department who embody the Bank’s mantra: Service Excellence, Team Work and Truth Telling, Accountability and Results.
