6th January 2025 Twenty (20) billion raised on the RGSM.
14th June 2023 In commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the RGSM, the RDCC, at its 47th meeting, approved a logo for the RGSM.
25th November 2022 The RGSM celebrated its 20th anniversary under the theme “Grow your wealth and protect your financial health through government securities on the RGSM.” The main highlight of the celebrations was a virtual panel discussion that was held on 24 November 2022 and was chaired by the first Chairperson of the RDCC, Mr Wendell Lawrence, OBE.
18th September 2018 The Government of Saint Lucia reduced its reserve price on 91-day Treasury bills from 5.0 per cent to 4.5 per cent
July 2018 The Monetary Council approved the recommendation from RDCC (April 2018) to amend the Terms of Reference of the RDCC. The changes involved: a) Only two meetings a year instead of quarterly and b) to include alternates in the quorum of five (5) member countries.

November 2017 The Government of Saint Lucia reduced its reserve price on 7-year Treasury bills from 6.500 per cent to 6.250 per cent
October 2017 The Government of Saint Lucia reduced its reserve price on 10-yeasr bond from 7.500 per cent to 7.250 per cent
August 2017 The Government of Saint Lucia lowered the Reserve Price on 91-day Treasury bill from 6 per cent to 5 per cent.
July 2017 The Government of Saint Lucia lowered the Reserve Price on 180-day Treasury bill from 6 per cent to 5 per cent.
October 2016 The Government of Grenada lowered its Reserve Price on 91-day from 6 per cent to 4 per cent and from 6 per cent to 5 per cent on 365-day Treasury bills.

3rd June 2016 ECSE Group completes 1st Phase of Major IT Project
On Friday 3rd June 2016, the ECSE Group completed the first phase of a major IT project aimed at modernizing its entire IT environment. On Friday, the Group migrated its post-trade operations to a new Montran CSD application. This new CSD, supplied by the Montran Corporation, replaces the legacy Global ISR and Global CSD applications used by the Group’s depository and registry subsidiaries, the ECCSD and the ECCSR

15th March 2006 Antigua & Barbuda became the fifth Government to issue on the RGSM.
February 2006 The first road show outside of the ECCU was conducted by the Government of Antigua & Barbuda to the USA and Canada.

July 2005 National Bank of Anguilla was the tenth broker to join the RGSM.
CMMB opened a branch in Saint Lucia.
3rd February 2005 Lowest interest rate recorded on the RGSM to date – 3.90% for the Government of Saint Lucia, 91-day treasury bill.
January 2005 Caribbean Money market Brokers (CMMB (based in Trinidad & Tobago) became the ninth licensed broker on the RGSM.
31st December 2004 Eighteen (18) auctions recorded on the RGSM in 2004 – 13 Treasury Bills and 5 bonds
25th November 2004 First 6-year bond issued – Government of Saint Lucia
23rd July 2004 First 5-year bond issued – Government of Saint Lucia.
19th January 2004 Saint Lucia became the fourth Government to issue on the RGSM.
31st December 2003 Eleven (11) auctions were recorded on the RGSM in 2003. All were Treasury Bills.
16th July 2003 The first 365-day treasury bill issued on the RGSM was by the Government of Grenada. Grenada became the third Government to issue on the RGSM.
29th April 2003 Signing of the administrative procedures between RDCC and ECSRC.
26th March 2003 The first 91-day Treasury bill issued on the market was by the Government of St Vincent and the Grenadines. This was the second Government to issue on the RGSM.
March 2003 FINCOR based in Grenada became the eight licensed broker dealer
December 2002 National Mortgage and Finance Company (NMFC) of Dominica became the seventh licensed broker.
23rd November 2002 The first auction was held on the RGSM. Government of St Kitts and Nevis 10-year bond of EC$75m with a fixed price of 7.5%.
July 2002 The Government of St Kitts & Nevis conducted a road show across the ECCU, in collaboration with the ECSE and the fiscal agent.
April 2002 Two more financial institutions became licensed broker dealers:
Antigua Commercial Bank and St Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank.
October 2001 Four financial entities were licensed to be broker dealers:
ABI Bank, Bank of Nevis, Bank of Saint Lucia, National Commercial Bank of St Vincent.
24th November 2000 The Eastern Caribbean Securities Regulatory Commission (ECSRC) was established.
