Is DCash already in use now in July 2021? As a Vincentian, how does DCash work for payments in the island of Tobago?

DCash is scheduled to be launched in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines later this month. However, given that DCash is a digital version of the EC Currency, it would not apply to payments in Tobago as it facilitates only EC Dollar payments. DCash payments can be made among individuals/merchants who have DCash wallets and are transacting in EC Dollar payments.
