Shareholders
The current Shareholders of the Eastern Caribbean Home Mortgage Bank fall, into six (6) distinct categories in accordance with the Eastern Caribbean Home Mortgage Bank Agreement Act, 1995. The authorised share capital of the Eastern Caribbean Home Mortgage Bank is EC$40,000,000 divided into 400,000 shares of $100.00 each.

The Issued Share Capital is $10,000,000.00 and is broken down as follows:

Bond Issue Highlights
To date ECHMB has placed 10 Bond Issues on the regional capital market, with favorable results. Seven of the Bond Issues are currently outstanding for an amount of $91 million. Three of the Bonds have already matured and have been successfully redeemed by the ECHMB. Two of the Issues were oversubscribed, reflecting the appeal of ECHMB Bonds held among institutional investors and individuals.

ECHMB is the premier issuer of Corporate Bonds in the region. The company’s performance to date signals that there are opportunities for growth of alternative investment instruments. Additional information can be obtained from the ECHMB.
