Real Estate Investor Symposium
30 June 2009

This Land Is Your Land

From its inception in 1983 the ECCB’s commitment to the region and its people has been unwavering. The Real Estate Investor Symposium 2009 is a small indication of this commitment and emanates from the same mission that guides the Bank’s monetary and financial stability agenda, that is, the maximization of the economic well being of the people.

The real estate symposium features presentations from Susan LaFond, CEO, Caribbean Paradise Realty; Faron Lawrence, CEO, St. Kitts Nevis Homes; and Mrs J. Dawne Heyliger, Manager, Personal Financial Services, Royal Bank of Canada.

Over the years, the ECCB has established successful partnerships with institutions and individuals in the public and private sector to provide a series of symposiums, workshops and conferences geared at expanding the public’s access to the wide body of information housed in the financial and economic sectors. This symposium which has been realised as a result of the collaborative efforts of the ECCB, the University of the West Indies Open Campus St. Kitts, and individuals and institutions in the private sector is therefore indicative of the success of these partnerships. The ECCB is extremely grateful to its partners without whom conferences like this one would not have been possible.
