Regional Integration
Like jewels on fine tapestry
Are the islands of the Caribbean Sea
From Belize to Jamaica
Jamaica to Guyana
Our proud home
The West Indies

We cannot compete
On an economic level by ourselves
We must work together
Let us stand tall, integrate and be proud
For standing alone on the world’s scene
Is like a loner in a hostile crowd

CARICOM is the organisation
The canvas upon which
Our dreams will take shape
We must integrate
St Lucians, Vincentians, Dominicans, Jamaicans we’re not!
We are one people, one region
The West Indies

A Plan for Success
Our exquisite land of the ECCU,
Has been through some troubles as time has gone through.
But in spite of it all we share one common goal,
To start new businesses before the old ones grow cold.

You need strength, a will and a drive,
To gain a success on which you can survive.
Good judgment is key; you can’t do without,
No entrepreneur wants to be bought out.

Buy goods which you know that the public demands,
And soon money will flow into your hands.
Set your goals high but know your limits,
Overwork will take your joy and kill it.

Teamwork is another thing I recommend,
Working is sweeter side-by-side with a friend.
In this fast-paced world we should all agree,
That building strong economies depends on you and me.

Working Together
Building Strong Economies, a strange phrase in a way,
What does it mean? What does it say?
It’s the joining of all Caribbean nations
To help each other, make better financial decisions.

It’s the coming of all people, whether big or small,
Using their minds and skills, to benefit us all.
It is the working together, that will strengthen our Economy
It’s the regional unity that will keep the Caribbean Family.

So come on my people, I’m sure we are able,
Let’s all do something, to continue Economical Building.
If there is a moral or a message in this plea
Let’s all remember, building strong Economies
for the ECCU, depends on you and me.
