The aim of the ECCB Best
Corporate Citizen Award for commercial banks is
for commercial banks to demonstrate their corporate
responsibility to our society and environment.
The award is made to the bank adjudged to have
contributed significantly in the stipulated areas.
Judging is on the basis of the commercial bank's
submissions and surveys completed by their public
and private sector clients.
Mr
Joseph Williams, Branch Manager of ABI Bank Ltd
accepted the award for the 2006 "OECS Best
Corporate Citizen Among Commercial Banks" from
Mrs Elizabeth Lewis-Channon, at a ceremony held
at the ECCB Headquarters on 13 November 2006, following
the presentation of the 11th Sir Arthur Lewis Memorial
Lecture.
