Xth Annual Conference of Human Resource Managers of Central Banks in the Caribbean Region

“Human Resource Management - Partnering To Achieve Organisational Success"

The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank will host the Xth Annual Conference of Human Resource Managers of Central Banks in the Caribbean Region over the period 29 August 2007 to 1 September 2007. The conference will be held in the Maltin Moving Conference Center, at the ECCB’s Headquarters, St Kitts.

This year’s theme is “Human Resource Management - Partnering To Achieve Organisational Success

Rationale for Theme:
Human resource functionaries play a key role within organisations, and are often required to strike a balance between management requirements and staff expectations. This year’s Conference theme highlights the pivotal role of HR managers in balancing the needs of various stakeholders as they strive to achieve organisational goals. The sub themes are:

• Satisfying Employees Needs And Meeting Organisational Goals/Targets;
• Creating Strategic Linkages-Learning From Each Other;

Managers of the Caribbean Central Banks in order to facilitate the co-operation among them for the improvement of their capabilities;
