CHARGES
a) Stagehands and overhead charges
Minimum EC$170 depending on special arrangement (range
150-500 seats).
b) Maintenance Fees
A minimum fee of EC$170 will be charged if clean-up,
following an event is arranged by the Auditorium Management.
c) Stage Equipment Fees
Additional props and stage equipment required for production
may be made available on request for a fee.
d) Syndicate Room
Use of the Syndicate Room will attract an additional
charge of EC$40 per day.
e. Erecting of Tents
A fee of EC$200.00 will be charged for the erection
of a tent. Erection of
the big tents (resource is usually outsourced) will
incur an additional charge of EC$1,500.00. Option is
provided to Institution to either pay for erecting or
make own arrangements to rent tent and have tent erected.
